Booking & Payments
- Bookings are confirmed upon payment/deposit.
- Prices exclude taxes; full payment due at service end.
- Cancellations: 24 hours notice for full refund; no-show fees apply.
Service Rules
- Pets must be vaccinated, flea-free, and non-aggressive.
- Owners provide medical history/medications.
- We reserve right to refuse service for safety/health reasons.
- Liability limited to service fees; no responsibility for pre-existing conditions.
