Pick-up and Drop-off

We make pick-up and drop-off easy, convenient, and stress-free so you can get on with your day. Our ﬂexible schedule is designed to ﬁt busy lifestyles, with no appointment required for standard visits—just arrive during our open hours.

Key details:

Hours: Available 6 AM to 7 PM, seven days a week (including weekends and most

holidays—check our website for any holiday adjustments).

Daycare: Drop off your dog anytime after 6 AM for a full day of fun, and pick up by 7 PM. Early drop-offs and later pick-ups give you plenty of buffer time before and after
Boarding: Drop-offs and pick-ups are handled during the same 6 AM–7 PM For multi-night stays, your dog’s ﬁnal pick-up day is treated like a full daycare day (included in the boarding rate) unless you arrange an earlier time.

Process:

Arrival: Pull up to our dedicated entrance, check in at the front desk (or use curbside service via the Wags Website for contactless drop-off). We’ll verify vaccinations, collect any special instructions, and give your pup a warm
Departure: Sign out at the front desk or request curbside pick-up through the website. We’ll bring your dog out leashed and ready to go, along with a quick update on their day.
Requirements: All dogs must be on a leash or in a carrier upon arrival/departure, wearing a collar with ID tags. Proof of current vaccinations (rabies, DHPP, Bordetella) is required and can be uploaded via the Wags Website.
Late Pick-up Policy: Pick-ups after 7 PM incur a late fee ($1 per minute) and require advance notice when possible—we’re here to help, but timely pick-ups ensure staff can close safely.
Convenience Options: Use the Wags Website to notify us of your ETA, request curbside service, or pre-pay for faster check-out.
